  I am an out of state parent. My daughter attends school here. I requested information and they treated me like a leper. I had to refer them to the Ferpa Act to get information on my own child. I believe in Father's Equal Rights. Apparently this school staff has quite a lot to learn when it comes to equal treatment for all. Perhaps the staff is stuck in the 50's? I think it is hateful to make it sound like I don't have rights. I am sad that my child has to attend school here. They did give me the papers, however, the principal whom I emailed, NEVER emailed me back. Very rude. The PTO organizer also ignored my email. My child's teacher took a MONTH to respond to my email!! I had to call to talk to her on the phone. Despicable.
